Incidents of crime against adults and households in England and Wales, estimated from the Crime Survey for England and Wales. Counts crimes people say happened to them, whether or not they reported them, so it is not affected by changes in police recording. Excludes fraud and computer misuse, which were only added to the survey in 2017, so that the series stays comparable back to 1981. No survey ran for the years ending March 2021 and March 2022.
