Worth knowing: A single national aggregate for the whole household sector, not a distribution across households — ONS publishes no per-household breakdown, so there is no percentile to place you in. It also includes employer pension contributions and imputed income a household never sees in its own budget, so it is not a like-for-like comparison with a personal saving rate. It is revised and moves every quarter.
