Your Data Rights

These are self-service by design — the whole point of "your data is yours" is that you shouldn't need to ask our permission to exercise a legal right over it.

Export everything (Article 15 & 20)

From your account settings, request a full export of your data — every tracker, every entry, your profile, your consent history — as a CSV or JSON file, in one click. This is free, unlimited, and available on every tier, forever; we designed the export path so a tier check can't gate it even by accident.

Delete your account (Article 17)

From your account settings, you can permanently delete your account and everything in it. This is irreversible: your entries, your profile, and your ladder progress are all removed. A minimal record that a deletion happened (not its contents) is kept for our own compliance audit trail.

Withdraw consent

Health-tracker consent can be withdrawn per tracker, at any time, from that tracker's own settings — withdrawing one never affects any other.
Marketing-email consent can be switched off from your account preferences at any time.

Correct inaccurate data

Your profile (region, birth month/year, sex) and every logged entry can be edited directly, at any time, from your account and tracker screens — no request needed.

For a right not listed above, or if something above isn't working for you, contact us and we'll act on it within one calendar month, as UK GDPR requires.
